Confidentiality Statement

This statement outlines how Skyation approaches client confidentiality and information security in its work and communications.

At Skyation, we place major emphasis on maintaining the confidentiality of client information and upholding information security management standards. The following principles apply to our clients and collaborations.

  • We do not disclose client information to third parties without appropriate authorization or legal necessity.
  • We do not use a client's identity or brand for marketing purposes without written consent.
  • We do not provide client names or confidential information to prospective clients for promotional purposes.
  • We do not sell or disclose client lists or confidential client information to third parties.

Confidentiality Agreement

Skyation clients may provide information that is confidential and must be protected. Confidential information may include invention descriptions, technical and business details, proprietary ideas, trade secrets, drawings, plans, products, services, research, development, cost data, financial information, customer information, marketing strategy, and business plans, whether or not such materials are explicitly marked confidential at the time of disclosure.

Skyation limits disclosure of confidential information within its organization to directors, officers, partners, members, employees, and independent contractors who have a legitimate need to know. Confidential information will not be disclosed outside those boundaries unless required by law.

This agreement does not apply to information that was already in lawful possession, becomes public through no fault of Skyation, is rightfully received from a third party without confidentiality obligations, is disclosed with authorization, or is independently developed without use of protected information.

This statement represents the entire understanding regarding disclosure of confidential information between Skyation and the client. Any addition or modification must be made in writing and signed by the relevant parties.
